All balls returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. The balls must be in an unused condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the balls returned (not shipping charges).

Please contact Buena Golf Balls by E-Mail if you should need to return an item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All balls returned must be in an unused condition.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your golf ball order, then just return them for a prompt exchange or refund, whichever you choose.

Before returning, a return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained. E-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The balls must be returned within 10 days of authorization please.  State why the units are being returned. The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges on all returned items.

Shipping Discrepancies

If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. Please contact us within 5 days. You must keep all original packaging for claims to be approved.
